how frequently do you restock your items?
i usually restock popular items around once a month. as for new items, i will schedule shop updates, so i recommend following my instagram to be notified when i announce them!
how long does shipping take?
i usually pack your order within 5 days (sometimes up to a week). after this, your order will be given to auspost (my shipping service), who's delivery times are;
domestic (within australia): 2-6 days
international: all countries' shipping times vary, but you can generally expect to see your order within 3 weeks!

non-flat items (plushies, keychains etc)

can i get a discount?
im sorry, i do not offer case-by-case discounts on my items!
how should i take care of my items?
for crochet plushies, i would recommend avoiding getting them dirty so you don't have to wash them! however, if you do want to wash them, gently handwashing with water that is not too hot is the best way to go <3
for keychains, it is best to avoid tugging on them! my keychains are made to be as durable as i can make them, but crochet/clay items are fragile by nature so please treat them with care <3
can i get a return/exchange?
